Jenny is a movement specialist dedicated to empowering people to move and live better by helping them understand how to improve their health starting with movement. With over 15 years of coaching experience, she is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Fascial Stretch Therapist.

Since 2014, Jenny has been helping clients enhance performance, accelerate recovery, and prevent injuries as a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist.

As a Jiu Jitsu practitioner, Jenny can’t help but break down sequences into their biomechanical demands and relate them to functional movement patterns in the gym, identifying what the body needs to perform them well.

Her expertise is particularly valuable in Jiu Jitsu, where she helps increase joint mobility, improve muscle activation, and reduce the risk of injuries from lengthened positions under stress based on these biomechanical demands.

By tailoring each Fascial Stretch Therapy session to individual needs, she ensures clients achieve optimal performance and recovery, unlocking their full potential on and off the mats.
